| Chinese (traditional) ..... 靠背具有尖頂飾的法式摺疊凳，尖頂飾通常前彎如鉤，並製成鸚鵡的樣子(因此得名)；西元十七世紀早期開始在法國流行；主要置於餐桌旁使用。

| Dutch ..... Pliants die een rugleuning met uitsteeksels hadden die vaak naar voren waren gebogen zodat ze op parkieten leken. Ze kwamen in het begin van de 17e eeuw in Frankrijk in de mode en werden voornamelijk gebruikt bij eettafels. |
