De periode kenmerkt zich door goed gebouwde huizen en een ontwikkelde materiële cultuur. Deze zijn representatief voor een volledig ontwikkelde neolithische gemeenschap. 
Spanish ..... Se refiere al período de aproximadamente 6750 a 6000 a.C. en la región de Khuzistan de las Montañas de Zagros en Irán que lleva el nombre del sitio de Ali Kosh. El período se caracteriza por viviendas bien construidas y una cultura material evolucionada que son representativos de una comunidad Neolítica totalmente desarrollada.
