| Chinese (traditional) ..... 色彩斑駁的皮革，通常為小牛皮，但有時不是，以噴灑染料或硫酸亞鐵的方式在表面製造出斑點的裝飾圖案。與「雜色小牛皮」不同，後者是用海綿或棉花在皮面塗抹上染料或硫酸亞鐵，而創造出不規則的斑點圖案。

| Dutch ..... Bont geschakeerd leer, meestal (maar niet altijd) kalfsleer, versierd met een onregelmatig gespikkeld patroon, dat ontstaat door het besprenkelen met verf of ijzersulfaat. Het verschil met gespikkeld kalfsleer is dat de verf of ijzersulfaat op dit laatste wordt aangebracht met een spons of een stuk katoen om een gespikkeld patroon te verkrijgen. |
| Spanish ..... Cuero veteado, a menudo pero no siempre becerro, que ha sido decorado con un diseño de pequeñas manchas salpicando colorante o sulfato ferroso. Distinto al "becerro moteado", en el cual el colorante o el sulfato ferroso ha sido untado con una esponja o trapo de algodón para crear un diseño manchado irregular.
