Note: Drawings or works in another medium, often made by an engineer, that indicate the location of utilities, including water supply lines, fire hydrants, sewage disposal lines, and other utilities typically located in the road right-of-way. Verwijst naar tekeningen, vaak door een ingenieur gemaakt, die de locatie aangeven van nutsvoorzieningen, met inbegrip van waterleidingen, brandkranen, rioleringen en andere voorzieningen welke zich meestal op of onder de openbare weg bevinden.
