Spanish ..... En el México central posclásico, una marca dejada por manos humanas, por una deidad o una entidad sobrenatural. También puede designar un signo interpretable, como un "presagio", y utilizarse para designar un "ejemplo" edificante. En la época colonial, se utilizó en particular para traducir la "señal" de la cruz.
