Note: A type of mixed lace of which the closed parts are made from Brussels Duchesse lace and the spaces in between are filled with a light mesh in needle lace. Weelderige kantsoort die een combinatie van klos- en naaldkant is: de gesloten delen worden in Brusselse Duchesse geklost, de opvul tussen de motieven is een lichte gaasgrond die met de naald wordt gemaakt. Kenmerkend zijn ook de sierlijke tekeningen met motieven uit de natuur en de grote diversiteit aan elegante versieringen zoals sterretjes, ringetjes, reliëfs en openluchtjes die zowel in klos- als naaldkant worden aangebracht. |
