Dutch ..... Wordt gebruikt voor dakachtige onderdelen die via een koord uit het plafond boven het hoofd van een bed zijn bevestigd. Meestal een kegelvormige of koepelvormige kom met een val eromheen en met twee of drie gordijnen die lang genoeg zijn om tot de voet van het bed te reiken en het te omsluiten. Voor dakachtige onderdelen die boven het bed worden opgehouden met stijlen wordt 'hemels' gebruikt. |

Dachartiges Bauteil, das mit einer an der Decke befestigten Schnur über dem Kopfende eines Bettes aufgehängt ist; in der Regel eine kegel- oder kuppelförmige Schale mit einem Volant rundherum und mit zwei oder drei Vorhängen, die lang genug sind, um das Fußende des Bettes zu erreichen und zu umschließen.
