Note: Small drinking glasses with tall stems and small bowls, generally having 1- to 1 1/2-ounce capacity, intended for drinking cordials, which were historically any of several alcoholic beverages considered medicinal. Typically, distinguished from "liqueur glasses" that have shorter stems. The beverages cordials and liqueurs over time have become synonyms, thus usage of the terms for glasses to serve them also overlaps.

Dutch ..... Kleine drinkglazen voor kruidenbitter, likeur en eaux-de-vie, in de vorm van een klein wijnglas met kelk op hoge stam, ook bekervormig. 
German ..... Kleines Trinkglas mit einem langen Stiel und einer schmalen Schale, üblicherweise mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 1 - 1 1/2 Unzen, um Cordial zu trinken, der historisch eines der mehreren alkoholischen Getränke war, dem medizinische Wirkung zugeschrieben wurde. Typischerweise unterschieden vom "Likörgläsern", die einen kürzeren Stiel haben. Mit der Zeit sind die Begriffe der Getränke "Cordial" und "Likör" synonym geworden, sodass der Gebrauch der Bezeichnungen für die Gläser, in denen sie serviert werden, sich überschneiden. 
Spanish ..... Pequeñas copas para beber, generalmente de 1 a 11/2 onzas de capacidad, para beber cordiales, licores y aguardientes. Tienen generalmente la forma de copas de vino pero son más pequeñas con un bol montado sobre un pie alto o con la forma de un vaso.
