German ..... Englischer Begriff für gerade oder sich verjüngende quadratische Beine, manchmal mit einem Sockelfuß. Verwendet bei amerikanischen Möbel ab der Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts, die Beine stehen oft schräg zur Innenkante.
