Note: Ritual African cloth associated with the men's association known as Ekpe found among the Igbo and other peoples of the Cross River region of southern Nigeria. Indigo dyed and covered with symbols, including nsibidi, it is usually worn as a wrapper and is the prerogative of the highest grade of Ekpe.

Dutch ..... Rituele Afrikaanse stof, die wordt geassocieerd met de mannenvereniging Ekpe, aan te treffen bij de Igbo en andere volkeren uit de regio Cross River in het zuiden van Nigeria. Het wordt geverfd met de kleurstof indigo en bedekt met symbolen, waaronder nsibidi. Meestal wordt het gedragen als een omslagdoek en het dragen ervan is het hoogste voorrecht bij Ekpe. 
Spanish ..... Paño ritual africano asociado con la organización de varones conocida como Ekpe y que se encuentra entre los Igbo y otros pueblos de la región del río Cross en el sur de Nigeria. Teñido con índigo y cubierto con símbolos, incluyendo nsibidi, es vestido habitualmente como manto y es prerrogativa de los Ekpe de más alto grado.
