Additional Notes:
Dutch ..... Dichtgeweven stof in verschillende gewichten; wordt meestal gemaakt van vlas, hennep, jute of katoen en vooral gebruikt voor zeilen, dekkleden en stoffering en als ondergrond voor olieverfschilderijen. Het wordt ook gebruikt voor rasterachtig gaas dat van soortgelijke materialen is gemaakt en wordt gebruikt als ondergrond voor borduurwerk. 
Spanish ..... Úsese para un textil a telar apretado fabricado en diferentes pesos, habitualmente de flax, cáñamo, yute o algodón, utilizado fundamentalmente para confeccionar velas de barco, tela encerada, toldos, tapicería de muebles y como base para la pintura al óleo. Se utiliza también para trama tipo enrejado hecha de material similar, utilizada como base para bordados de aguja.
