| Chinese (traditional) ..... 皮革色彩斑駁，通常為小牛皮，但有時不是，用海綿或棉花在皮面塗抹上染料或硫酸亞鐵，創造出不規則的斑點圖案。與「噴色小牛皮」不同，後者是以噴灑染料或硫酸亞鐵的方式以製造斑點的效果。 |
| Dutch ..... Bont geschakeerd leer, meestal (maar niet altijd) kalfsleer, versierd met een onregelmatig gespikkeld patroon, dat ontstaat door het aanbrengen van verf of ijzersulfaat met een spons of een stuk katoen. Het verschil met gemarmerd kalfsleer is dat dit laatste is besprenkeld met verf of ijzersulfaat om een gespikkeld patroon te verkrijgen. |
| Spanish ..... Cuero veteado, a menudo pero no siempre becerro, que ha sido decorado con un diseño manchado irregular creado untando un colorante o sulfato ferroso con una esponja o trapo de algodón. Diferente del "becerro salpicado", en el cual el colorante o el sulfato ferroso es salpicado para crear un diseño de pequeñas manchas.
