Note: Type of glass negative where the glass plate is first coated with a mixture of albumin and potassium iodide. This is then dipped in a silver nitrate solution. Albumen glass negatives were not widely used and are difficult to visually distinguish from wet collodion glass negatives.

| Dutch ..... Type glasnegatief waarbij de glasplaat eerst wordt bestreken met een mengsel van albumine en kaliumiodide. Deze wordt vervolgens in een oplossing van zilvernitraat gedoopt. Albumineglasnegatieven werden niet veel gebruikt en zijn visueel moeilijk te onderscheiden van natte collodiumglasnegatieven. |
