Dutch ..... De dag na woensdag en voor vrijdag, traditioneel gezien als de vijfde dag van de week, maar tegenwoordig ook vaak gezien als de vierde. In het Engels en in een aantal andere talen genoemd naar Thor, de Noordse god van de donder, in het Nederlands genoemd naar Donar, de Germaanse god van de donder. In Romaanse talen genoemd naar de Romeinse 'dag van Jupiter'.
