De fase kenmerkt zich door een Kretenzische samenleving die is opgedeeld in een reeks kleine eenheden die in politiek en economisch opzicht onafhankelijk zijn, met grote regionale verschillen en een aantal culturele overeenkomsten. De fase overlapt met de vroeg-Minoïsche periode. |
