Additional Notes:
Chinese (traditional) ..... 含兩個現存的屬以及二十三種大型肉食性兩棲爬蟲動物。牠們的顎強而有力,腿短有爪,指間有蹼;由於體型的緣故,牠們在大部份身體藏於水中時,仍露出眼睛、耳朵以及鼻孔。尾巴長而粗大,皮膚厚且覆蓋著鱗甲。
