Ook soortgelijke laarzen die vaak van zware, duurzame katoen zijn gemaakt met een zachte zool en voeringen; overgenomen door andere volkeren. |

Weicher Stiefel aus Seehundleder oder anderen tierischen Häuten oder Fellen, wie ein Mokassin aufgebaut, von Stämmen der nordamerikanischen Arktis und Subarktis entwickelt; verwende den Begriff auch für ähnliche Stiefel, die meist aus strapazierfähiger Baumwolle gefertigt sind und mit einer angebrachten weichen Sohle sowie Innenfutter getragen und von snderen Stämmen übernommen wurden. |
