Chinese (traditional) ..... 具開口的碗狀器皿,主要用來飲用,通常具單只把手,有些具雙把手或無把手,一般具低座環;也包括類似的碗狀器皿,通常沒有把手,架於杯腳上,以開展的杯座支撐。有些附有杯蓋。 
Dutch ..... Drinkgerei, vaak met één handvat, maar soms met twee of geen handvatten, gewoonlijk op een lage voetring; naar boven toe minder wijd uitlopend dan 'kommen'. 
Spanish ..... Vasijas abiertas en forma de bol, usadas principalmente para beber, a menudo con un asa, pero algunas veces dos o ninguna, generalmente sobre una base circular de pie corto; también incluye vasijas similares en forma de bol, generalmente sin orejas, que descansan sobre un pie y se sostienen en una base extendida. Ocasionalmente fabricadas con una tapa. Un recipiente abierto, cilíndrico o troncocónico, y en ocasiones de cuerpo ligeramente abultado con un asa vertical.
