German ..... Kurzes vertikales Element, das ein Treppengeländer oder eine Mauerkrone trägt, im Querschnitt oft kreisrund und mit einem vasenförmigen Profil. Wird auch bei Möbeln verwendet, beispielsweise als Stuhlbein.
