Note: A coarse biotite granite, quarried in Milford, Massachusetts, composed mostly of light pink feldspar with additions of gray quartz and dark, greenish-black flecks of a chloritic black mica. It is very strong, takes a high polish, and has a fine and close texture, making it one of the most desirable granites quarried in the U.S. for general building as well as decorative purposes.

Dutch ..... Een ruw biotietgraniet, gedolven in Milford, Massachusetts, meestal samengesteld uit lichtroze veldspaat met toevoegingen van grijs kwarts en donkere, groenzwarte spikkels van een chlorietachtig, zwart mica. Het is zeer sterk, zeer goed te polijsten en heeft een fijne, compacte structuur, waardoor het een van de meest gewilde granietsoorten is die in de Verenigde Staten worden gedolven voor algemene bouwdoeleinden en voor decoratieve doeleinden. 
Spanish ..... Granito áspero de biotita, extraído de canteras en Milford, Massachusetts, compuesto principalmente de feldespato rosado claro con añadido de cuarzo gris y flecos negros verduzcos de una mica negra clorítica. Es muy sólido, alcanza un acabado pulido y tiene una textura fina y apretada que lo ha convertido en uno de los granitos extraídos más apreciados de EE.UU. para la construcción en general y para propósitos decorativos.
