Additional Notes:
Dutch ..... Tweede grootste boot van een oorlogsschip, sterk gebouwd en desnoods bewapend met een stuk geschut, kon worden geroeid door 8 tot 16 riemen, of met een mast en een sloepzeil worden uitgerust. 
German ..... Beiboot, kleiner als die Barkasse oder das Langboot, gewöhnlich das zweitgrößte Beiboot, wenn mehrere Boote mitgeführt werden; zwischen sieben und elf Meter lang, aber meist weniger als neun Meter; im späten 19. Jahrhundert ausgerüstet mit einem kleinen Dampfmotor. 
Spanish ..... Úsese para bote de barco más pequeño que los chinchorros y las falúas, generalmente del segundo bote en tamaño cuando un número de botes son transportados. Oscilan desde los 24 pies a los 37, pero más comúnmente se encuentran por debajo de los 30 pies. Equipado con un maquinaria pequeña de vapor a finales del siglo XIX.
