Note: Bayonets introduced in Europe in the 18th century, designed primarily for use with shorter long guns such as carbines and musketoons, having long straight cutting blades and a swordlike grip and guard, Typically they attach to the barrel by means of a spring catch concealed in a slotted cavity in the grip which clips on to a bar on the side of the muzzle.

Additional Notes:
Chinese (traditional) ..... 出現於十八世紀歐洲的刺刀,主要是為了較短的長槍而設計的,例如卡賓槍及短管毛瑟槍(musketoon)等。具有長而直的切刃,以及狀似劍的刀柄與護手。通常利用隱藏於刀柄卡槽凹處中的彈簧扣,將刀子固定於槍管上,扣牢在槍口邊的橫槓上。

Spanish ..... Bayonetas introducidas en Europa en el siglo XVIII, diseñadas principalmente para ser usadas con armas largas más cortas como carabinas y mosquetones; tienen hojas cortantes largas y rectas y una empuñadura y guarnición similares a las de una espada. Por lo común se fijan al cañón mediante un seguro oculto en una cavidad ranurada en la empuñadura que se engancha en una barra al lado de la boca del cañón.
