| Dutch ..... Grafische figuren die in hoofdzaak uit een symbool of een afbeelding bestaan en die zijn ontworpen om een product, firma of organisatie snel te kunnen herkennen. Soms fungeren logo's ook als handelsmerk. Gebruik 'woordmerken' voor soortgelijke grafische ontwerpen die in hoofdzaak uit een woord of woorden bestaan. Gebruik 'insignes' voor alle soorten middelen die aangeven dat een persoon of object tot een groep of organisatie behoort, en die soms ook een rang of functie aangeven. |

Úsese para aquellas imágenes gráficas diseñadas para permitir el inmediato reconocimiento de la identidad de un producto, compañía u organización y a veces usadas como marca registrada, y que contienen símbolos o ilustraciones. Para aquellas imágenes gráficas de similar uso pero que contienen más bien palabras o letras, use "logotipo". |
