Lawrence Weschler, author of True to Life: Twenty-Five Years of Conversations with David Hockney, convenes a conversation with friends, colleagues, and admirers of David Hockney—including artists Tacita Dean and Ramiro Gomez, and physicist Charles Falco. The program explores Hockney's fascination with Russian theologian and intellectual Father Pavel Florensky, and features a screening of Tacita Dean's celebrated recent film Portraits, starring David Hockney.
