Explore the art and cuisine of the English Middle Ages in this culinary workshop presented by Maite Gomez-Rejón of ArtBites. Taking inspiration from the exhibition Canterbury and St. Albans: Treasures from Church and Cloister and Chaucer's classic " The Canterbury Tales", participants learn about medieval life, discover period foods, and prepare a feast fit for Chaucer and his pilgrims. Open to 20 participants. Course fee $85. Complimentary parking.
