Figure Study [#5] / Jacquet

This bound album of 68 drawings contains studies in red, black, and white chalk, and pencil after antique sculpture and Renaissance and Baroque paintings. The drawings were produced by Jacquet—a student of Louis de Boullogne the younger (1654–1733), Director of the Royal Academy of Painters and First Painter to King Louis XV—and by Roussel, Jacquet's uncle.
