Over the past few years, many museums have launched multimedia projects using PDAs, kiosks, and Web sites that allow visitors to bookmark information for later use. Most such projects allow visitors to retrieve their bookmarks via e-mail or the Web. A study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the Museum's bookmarking project.
