This is THE pivotal partnership in times of calm, and in times of challenge. Partners in Leadership has been designed specifically with the museum Chair-CEO relationship in mind. Directors and Board Chairs come together to think through the dimensions of this critical partnership and strengthen the way institutional goals are achieved as their organizations evolve in the midst of turbulence and uncertainty.
Learning at Partners in Leadership is a collaborative experience between the CEO and the board chair, and with pairings from other institutions. The Getty Center, the meeting spaces, galleries and gardens provide an ideal setting for thinking, exploration and transformation. Hotel rooms for your booking will be available nearby for communal dining, group study and private reflection.
