* High School Science Education Discussion Group

Why are we doing this? Because you love science! You love teaching
science!! You want to share that enthusiasm with colleagues teaching
all over the world!!! Join us for ANY reason that works for you. Many
high school science teachers feel isolated from others who teach their
discipline, except for rare opportunities to attend regional or national

meetings. Where? PaulDB's virtual office W609. Just "join PaulDB" or
contact paul.boyer with questions. See
http://www.tappedin.org/HyperNews/get/forums/meetme/204.html for more
information.

Let's talk about inquiry-oriented activity and the Internet. In this
session, we will talk about the benefits of using WebQuests, look at
examples, discuss assessment rubrics, and point you to lots of great
WebQuest resources online. Join Bernie and June Dodge -- Bernie is the
creator of WebQuests and June teaches online courses about WebQuests.
