Re: fixative for oil pastels, tempera

For Oil Pastel, I use Krylon Crystal Clear. It will be shiny and It is
pretty good about smearing.

For Tempera try a clear lacquer wood finish like Deft. It will show through
thin area but if the paint is thick it looks good. Also try adding white
glue to the tempera to give it a shine and then the Crystal clear will work
with that as well.
