Clearly written by an urbanite. I would change that whole article to "Urban"
man. "Rural" man lives by the cycles of nature. It is the Urban man who is
forgetting where his food comes from and thinks the plight of the American
agriculturist not his problem.

Aside from that, all it takes is an f6 funnel to remind people that they
aren't in control of their environment.

Betty -- squinting at the screen in the glare of morning sunlight (the
governor's wife makes us keep the shades drawn across the front of our
triangular building so it looks neat and uniform as she drives down the
boulevard - nothing on the windowsills, either, but she can't see my side of
the building - she wouldn't be caught dead on the street that runs behind
us -way too low class)
