I have had heel spurs for years and wear orthotics. I have also gone =
through the cortisone injections three times per heel (it was hell for =
24 hours afterward but then heaven for about 6 weeks). There are =
precautions to take concerning those injections: I was told not to =
exceed 3 sets of injections as the cortisone will cause arthritis later =
on.
