Several years ago, I developed heel spurs (couldn't walk from one =
building to another without tears in my eyes), went through steroid =
injections and then got the orthotics (I love 'em!). Last year when I =
was in that awful outdoor unit, the ONLY good thing was the wood floors, =
they were springy and my feet didn't nearly as much. I've got to look =
into the Birks!
