When I was in a 5-7 middle school, sometimes the students had to "pay" =
me to get out of class. A number would be picked, maybe 10, 15 or even =
17 1/2, and that's how many pieces of paper they had to pick up and show =
me before leaving. Of course, some cheated (tearing paper up) but in =
general it was a fun way to pick up.
