This year I bought a black zippered porfolio case - the largest I could =
find from either Sax or Nasco to store posters that are not in use. The =
portfolio is about 3" thick. I haven't made dividers but that is a =
great idea. I did group posters together by artist and by the grade =
level that I use them with. Small posters, such as the ones in =
Scholastic Art, I keep in folders with other info and handouts. I have =
a folder for each artist and as I find newspaper clippings, brochures =
from exhibits, teacher packets that I have sent for, handouts I have =
developed, copies of lesson plans,etc., I stick them in the folder. =
When I introduce an artist, I just pull the folder from the file, grab =
the poster from the portfolio, and all my artist books are on one =
bookshelf.=20
