Hi Jane,
I know I saw Groundswell covered in this PBS documentary on Maya Lin. It
seems to me it was done somewhere like Mid-town Manhattan as part of a
"roofscape".
You might want to ask the American Crafts Council of maybe New York chamber
of Commerce. Can anyone else recall this? I'll try to do more checking and
get back to. (I like your choice,
