I have a question on Art Dabbler. Is there any way that an image can be
enlarged or reduced? ( I'm not talking about the Zoom feature.)
For example, if a student is combining two images and one is smaller than
the other and he wants to make it larger, how can he do it? I haven't
figured out a way to do this using Dabbler. It's easy to do when you use
Paint that comes with Windows 95, but that's a lot of switching back and
forth to do this. We would like to be able to do it just using Dabbler.
