Many of these planning sessions are held while the special teachers are
holding classes. In my school the specials are scheduled so the other
teachers can have collaborative planning. I have never had
collaborative planning built into my schedule and I have to run around
the school grabbing people where I can find them. (I want to say here,
that the staff I work with are wonderful, even when I get them on the
run!).
