Ever heard of Arthur Woelfle?

A colleague of mine asked me if I knew of Arthur Woelfle. He was
commercial artist circa 1900-1930 who designed some covers for "Woman's
World" magazine and most likely designed some WWI posters. He lived and
worked in the Flushing neighborhood of NY.Any info regarding him or a
source for his work would be appreciated.
