Yes there is . Its called Color it! and is made by the same company as
easy color paint made by microfrontier. the 3.2 version is shareware..
given away free on magazines... and has similar interface to easy color
paint...

but is now much improved. It takes photoshop plug-ins and uses filters
and copes with different resolution images etc. It laso has an excellent
"painting" palette that is simplerthan painter but better than
photoshop!

try it and see.. it would probably work on an LC (just)
