Reply to: RE>mylar ideas?

I remember using mylar in a college class to do self portraits with colored
pencils. The results were many different images of all stretched into each
other with some being upside down, sideways, etc. so there were six or so
portraits on one page. I have used it to set an object on too where they drew
the object and then the crinkly reflection of the object as well. You can use
the foil from gum wrappers to do this. We used fruit so the effect was an
apple with the foil as a part of the 'still life' with the reflection showing
too.

My custodian just brought me 2 big rolls of what he said was mylar. Anyone
have any ideas how I could use it for art? Thanks...Melissa Smith
