I just wanted to commend Jim Benz on his insightful article, in the
current issue of Art Education, on the process of seeking National Board
Certification. Anyone considering making an application to undergo this
rigorous assessment process for the accomplished art teacher, "Early
Adolescence through Young Adulthood / Art", would benefit greatly from
reading it.
I have attached a link to the NBPTS for anyone who desires direct info
about this certification. I understand the deadline for application is
in November for this year's EAYA/Art candidates.
