Our school has a grant for starting a mentoring program for new
teachers. Basically it consists of training seasoned teachers to work with
and assist incoming teachers. Do any other school have a programe simular
to this? What does it consist of and how does it work? Is it a positive
elements in your schools or do you allow new teachers to sink or swim-whatever
