Are any of you using the new "Advantix" film/camera format for shooting
yearbook photos?

Our school is considering purchasing a new camera, and we'd appreciate
feedback from anyone with comments or suggestions on the possibilities.

I've looked briefly at what's out there, and seen models by Kodak, Fuji,
Minolta, Cannon, Nikon, and others. We'd want the flexibility of being
able to do the whole range of possibilities from fully automatic shots to
precise exposure control. Telephoto and wide-angle are also
considerations (especially sports shots).

Advantages I see are the multi-format exposures (normal - narrow -
panorama), the ability to switch film at any point and easily reload
unfinished rolls, the "proof-sheet" development cards offered, as well as
ease of use and high-quality results.

Please let me know what your experiences and recommendations are . . .
Thanks in advance!
