Wow! Brenda Bain!

Thank you for a detailed description on a good college critique. I can see
how your experience shaped you as an artist. I am wondering how it shaped
you as a teacher. I was intrigued as I read the other responses on horrible
critiques how the teachers all made a 360 and became sensitive instructors.
I was hoping that someone would share experience of sensitivity and concern
that lead to good teaching.
