You may contact Tracy Reinstein at tracy for possible linkages
here in Czech Republic. She is the Education Director for internet access
and is planning school initated projects linking schools together between
Czech republic and other countries. The problem is to find english
speaking schools or schools which have english-language programs in them,
a curriculum which is just beginning at the elementary level here. If you
want actual Czechs rather than the schools serving ambassadors and ceo's,
it will take a little time to organize. I can put you in touch with the
Zakladni Umelecks Skola in Skarka outside of Prague but it is an
after-school program for 5-24 year olds in the arts. They have one
computer.
