I didn't think this was such a great book. It did have "cool" activities, but those activities didn't teach much beyond the very basics.

For teen level 200 Projects to Strengthen Your Art Skills, Barrons
Educational Series is used by high school and college leve. It has
many "cool" art projects and a section on developing a portfolio to
get into art school.
