[teacherartexchange] sketchbook organization, sections, introductions?

Hi,
I just bought a couple class sets of sketchbooks. NICE ONES! And I would
like to give them to the 8th graders and my new 7th grade class.
What is the best way to introduce sketchbooks, organizing them, rules
about
how to use it, guidelines etc?
Also, i would like the kids to have some kind of vocab. section (since I
do
a lot), where could that go?
SKetchbook powerpoint?
