I highly recommend everyone try Crayola's Portfolio "Water Soluble
Oil Pastels"
They are very rich in pigment, and creamy (like drawing with
lipstick). The price is
reasonable too.

Get the set of 24, then if you fall in love with them buy them in bulk.
