Dear Art Educators,

Barry Lucy submitted his lesson plan for paperclay sculpture.

For this unit, students dealt with the issue of homelessness.
Students use slab, coil and pinch methods.
Paperclay is a mix of tissue paper pulp and clay. The paper fiber
burns out when fired.
